Legal protection of all workers rights (salaries, contributions, etc.)

Labour disputes are usually started by the workers due to non-payment of salary or payment of a reduced amount of salary, non-payment of contributions, meal allowances and other benefits defined by the Employment Contract, Collective Agreement or Labour Relations By-law.

In that case and in all other cases when the workers’ rights are infringed, the worker shall request the exercise of his/her rights. If the Employer fails to meet the worker’s request within 30 days from the day of the request having been filed, the worker may instruct a lawyer to file a suit before the competent court within 90 days.
