About the Law
The FBiH Law on Property/Real Rights regulates the acquisition, usage, disposal, protection and termination of property rights and other real rights and possessions. Below this text you can download the this Law at the level of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, while the Law applicable at the level of the Republika Srpska can be found on the website of the National Assembly of the RS.
What does real rights cover?
These are the right of ownership, the right of construction, the right of lien, the land debt, the right of real and personal easement, and the right of real encumbrance.
The provisions of the Law on Real Rights of the FBiH relating to the right of ownership shall apply accordingly to all other real rights, unless otherwise provided by law or otherwise arising from their legal nature.
