> Our Law Firm provides the service of creating the employment contracts any other documents from the labour law field and we provide service of consultation at the moment of contract conclusion.

Employment shall be established by concluding employment contracts between the employers and employees.

Probationary employment period may be agreed upon in conclusion of the employment contract which may not exceed six months. An employment contract may be concluded either for an unspecified period or a specified period.

An employment contract which does not contain the information regarding duration shall be deemed to be indefinite-term employment contract. A definite-term employment contract may not be concluded for a period longer than three years.

If an employee has explicitly or tacitly renewed a fixed term employment contract with the same employer, or has explicitly and tacitly concluded successive fixed term employment contracts with the same employer for a period longer than three years, without any interruption between them, such contract shall be considered the indefinite term employment contract.

It is explicitly prescribed by the Law that an employment contract should be concluded in written form. In respect of the contents, the Law is not very specific but it provides that an employment contract ‘specifically’ contains data on:

name and registered address of the employer, name and family name, permanent or temporary residence of employee, duration of employment contract, day of commencement of work, place of work, post to which the employee is deployed and brief job description, duration and schedule of working hours, salary, benefits, and period of payment, remuneration, length of annual leave, termination notice, other data related to terms of employment defined in a collective agreement.
