The term "contract" is very common in daily usage, so there is almost no adult who has not concluded some kind of contract, whether it is a contract of sale, lease, scholarship etc.

A contract is a legally binding relationship between two or more contracting parties in order to achieve certain legal effects. In order for the contract itself to arise, there must be a declaration of will, the consent of the declared wills, the subject of the contract, the basis for the contract and other elements necessary for its conclusion.
