> Our Law Firm provides the service of creating Labour Relations By-laws and other general by-laws for the employers.

Employers employing more than 30 workers must create, adopt and publish a Labour Relations By-law (resp. Working environment Act) that defines salaries, organisation of work, systematisation of work posts, special terms of establishing a labour relation and other relevant issues for the rights of both workers and the employer, in accordance with the Law and the Collective Agreement.

In the process of adopting the Labour Relations By-law, the employer is obliged to consult the Trade Union, resp. the Workers’ Council, if applicable. The Labour Relations By-law must be published on the employer’s notice board. It enters into force eight days from the day of being published.

The Trade Union, resp. the Workers’ Council may file a request to the competent court to declare invalid the illegal Labour Relations By-law or any part thereof.
